That has better humour about it. It appears that psychedelic drugs were around earlier that I thought  ;-)

What an interesting little tune.  I really missed a lot being a chemist !!

Yes, I think loads of absinthe were involved in the making of "Ubu Roi"! If I were to describe the play, I'd say it's sort of like a mashup of Macbeth, Hamlet and Richard III mixed with surrealism and a very dark sense of humour.
