Steve does it again!

Steve Harrison, has arranged yet another new score for the MUSIC LIBRARY.

This one is: The Tar Heeler's Dream 1899  by W.J. Rahley.

Steve describes it as:

"one of the best marches for the banjo that I've heard for ages...another good tune buried in the depths of time and due for an airing."
