Here is another folio of music, including 1st, 2nd, and piano parts by Pete Bradley and published by John Alvey Turner. 

Until a couple of months ago I was not aware of "the Philharmonic Edition" and evidently there are 240 earlier editions!

I am partial to Frank Converse's arrangement of Shepherd Boy, Lansing's is also good.  This one is pretty straightforward.
