Piano MIDI for 'A Banjo Oddity' ?

I was wondering if anyone out there has a MIDI file of the piano accompaniment to Morley's 'A Banjo Oddity' that they would be willing to share.  (If not I'll make and share one myself!)

Hi Andy,

I have attached a midi for you... not quite piano as per the original score but an amalgamation of second banjo and a bass line.  This may sound a little odd how the midi has been constructed, BUT it may be just what you need!
