"Pensacola" date

Does anyone know the date of publication or date of composition of Parke Hunter's "Pensacola"?  I'd like to provide this info for program notes for an upcoming concert. The concert itself is a special event and a "big deal" for classic banjo. I'll tell about that in a separate message.
