Grimshaw Plectrum Tutor

I know it's a bit "off task" but does anyone have access to a pdf version of the Grimshaw Tutor or know of an online one, or has anyone reprinted it?

alternatively can anyone point me in the direction of an online downloadable plectrum tutor (for a student who is just starting out.) (CGBD tuning)

Ron Hinkle is currently updating the Grimshaw Plectrum Tutor for Clifford Essex. I don't know how far along he is with the project though. You can contact him via email: banjoplayer1@yahoo.com. If you do, say "Hi" from me. ;-)

I don't have a copy of the GPT but I do have several vintage Plectrum tutors buried in the stacks. I had the Stahl Plectrum tutor out the other day and I seem to recall seeing one or two others whilst burrowing for some 5-string stuff. None are comparable with Grimshaw though.
