Farland's Dandy 5th is a decent solo, slightly above average for the early 1890s.  We played it for the orchestra at one of the ABF rallies and I was kinda like "meh", it is okay.

Then I heard Rev. Adam Hunkler's arrangement in the original recordings of this website.  With his treatment, this is a real piece!

After hearing it I was like, dang, I should try and work that out... then I remembered that I have Hunkler's music!

Well, it is not sorted out, but I did get lucky and found his arrangement.
