Here is the actual manuscript for Alex Magee's arrangement of California Dance.  Note that there is a 4th part added as well as a cool chromatic ascending run coda. 

At the rally most of us play the arrangement found in the Mel Bay Method.  I scanned it in color and black and white as I was not sure how best to capture all of it.
