An old BMG Federation membership card

I've just discovered what may be the oldest surviving BMG Federation membership card, amongst my pile of banjo  memorabilia. It belonged to Tom Bull whom I seem to remember meeting when I used to go down to the meetings of the Westminster Banjo Circle, formerly known as the London Banjo Club, in the 1980s. Tom was a good banjo player and may have been a member of the 100 strong Palladium Minstrels in 1912.
