About the Alan Middleton instruction book

I have seen an Alan Middleton instruction book issued by Clifford Essex in 2011 with 2 different titles and covers. One is called The Fingerstyle Banjo And How To Play It and the other is The Banjo And How To Play It.  Aside from the extra word "Fingerstyle"  are these the same book?
