Temlett banjo Manufacture date. HELP

Serial 3709 stamped on head stock.

Can some one tell me when this was made.

This is a 5 string banjo.

3 tuners one side  , 2 on the other.

Has the tunnel four the 5th string.

Loop ended strings on the hoop.

4 mounting brackets.hoop to backing bowl.

I know about the manufacturing history but can't find any info on the serial numbers and dates.
