A Site Dedicated to all enthusiasts of Classic Style Banjo
It is the first birthday of the blog Andean Banjo!. Therefore, I upload a kind of "banjo potpourri" using some simple tunes that I had not presented on youtube. All pieces came of the WM.C. Stahl and H.J. Ellis´ banjo tutorials. As usual, it was extremely funny learning them. I have a lot of tunes to learn in all those banjo tutorials!.

Well done German, all the practise is certainly paying off. Why not try a piece that takes you further up the fingerboard? You have the finger skills... why not now practise jumping about a bit ;-)
Have a go a Morley's Palladium March, it is a great and lively tune that uses a fair bit of the fingerboard and it is not too difficult to play ... impress your friends !
Thanks Ian for the comments! I will follow your advise and I will try Palladium March. I have been "trying" Star and Garter since July but it has been a little tricky for me. Therefore, I started practicing A banjo oddity (a week ago) in order to improve the issue you have commented me.
Regards!
Hi German,
Thanks for sharing. It's really nice to hear some "new" tunes.
For you and anybody else who's interested in Joe Morley: I found several Joe Morley mp3s and pdf-files with notation and tab on the www.free-scores.com.
Hi Pertti,
Thanks for the mail. I had been a little busy all these days, but I will definitely look in the website you share.
Good to see you back on site, German.
I hope that the practice is going well ! Please keep posting as it is great to see how well you are progressing!
Ian
