Well done, Carrie. Amazing bass register on that Special. I have a XX Special on its way to me. Not sure if it’s the banjo for me, but we shall see. Looking forward to it nonetheless.

Thanks Rob.  Yes, it has a loud bass - my CE Special has quite a narrow neck which I like but wouldn't be for everyone.  I did try an XX Special once but the neck profile was totally different - I hope it suits you and you like it!

Yes, I hope it doesn’t have a narrow nut. My big mits wouldn’t like that. It arrives on Tuesday. I feel a banjo phase coming on again.
