According to Google Maps, the house on the left is 78 Norwood and the house on the right is 74 Norwood, in Plainfield City, NJ. Van Eps lived at *76* (?) Norwood, according to the 1920 Census doc.

Looking at this again I can just imagine ol' Fred sitting under the tree (that is now a stump) in the front yard, in the cool of a Summer evening, playing that ol' banjo.
