This is one of the ten, or so, solos sold by Cammeyer to Chappell & Co. in about 1890. He later, when in partnership with Essex, bought them back, and they were published by E&C from their 59, Piccadilly, address. All of the Chappell published solos are pretty rare and fragile.
I suppose that will be the case, there are usually far too many repeats in banjo music, but five pages normally covers most things; with the dances, we have to remember that people might have been supposed to dance to the music so needed time to get their money's worth and their hands on the women.
