I only have the 'banjo' 'pages from this 1928 catalogue, the hand written annotations were written by Joseph 'Mac' Macnaughton, who had a wide knowledge of the banjo and was the editor of B.M. G. at one time.
The pages run from 6-18 and then 42 -49.
