Frank Lawes is to me one of the best and most under-rated composers for Classic Banjo of the 20th century.
His pieces are full of life, attack and syncopation. I am attempting to collect all his works, so if anyone has copies of his scores I would really appreciate them. I will post copies of the pieces which I have later. One piece I would like to find is "Progressions" if anyone can help?

Here is an article about Frank's life and death

Thank you Ray,
I have a list of the Lawes pieces which I have copies of. If ayone would like one or all I can email or post them up on the group. Is there a file directory where files can be uploaded on the group? I thought it would be better to keep all the sheet music available for download available in one place.
My Lawes's pieces:

Syncopatin' Shuffle
Red Hot Shivers
Hot Frets
Pandemonium Rag
Rubbin' Shoulders
Good Old Twenties
Twinkle in your Eye
Clap Trap
Just Time for That
Got a Happy Feelin'
