Practical fingering for banjo

Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone had a source for George Gregory's "Practical Fingering for Banjo". I have found most of it in the Stewart Banjo jounals on the University of Rochester site. But They don't have the entire series for that particular year. I do believe it was published as a book as well.

Any help would be welcome.
