This is the second tune written by Johnson celebrating the early days of aviation, Cloud Kisser Rag being the other which I arranged some time back. It's a lively two-step and is another of the many tunes written at that time using variations on Yankee Doodle. The front cover shows a picture of what looks to me like a facsimile of the Wright brothers' first plane but I'm sure that Marc will be able to add more information.
