Hi Steve, Thanks for your comment. I am also new to these forums' so finding my way around. My banjo was left me by a lovely favourite Uncle, who played for years in a local banjo band in southern England, doing charity shows and attending many banjo festivals.
He told me it was "about a hundred years old" and was made by Weaver and sold by Clifford Essex.
I have started to learn a little from various on line tutorials, but not sure the motivation is there! I have attached some photo's of it that might be of interest, and any comments you have about it would be much appreciated.
