I found this old black & white film in the basement of my grandfather ' s house .
It is totally original , from 1914 , as you can see . There are no details which could make us think that it is a false one .

No false details indeed, this is clearly an artifact from the true Classic banjo age. Your grandfather was a snappy dresser, and quite a banjo player. He plays very artistically. I hope he survived the looming conflaguration.

Well done Marc! I can see the family resemblance. It's good to hear a tune that I've never heard on the banjo before. I also liked your grandfather's trendy Sun Glasses. If we find anymore old film 'in the attice' this site will be for geriatrics only. I must admit that this website gives off good vibes.

Excellent, Marc! You and Carl are doing a great job carrying on your family traditions. I am amazed to see your grand-père using the very rare Lautrec-Voissons "tuner mécanique". Wouldn't that be something to be found hidden away in the attic!
