I'm never quite sure what to do when a phrase in a classic banjo piece that is written in dotted eights repeats but there's no dots the next time around.  Is someone just being lazy, or do they really mean it to be slightly different like that?  I don't think it really sounds all that good, I mean, either bounce it or play it straight, make up your mind.

I've see this happen frequently, but in this case I'm talking about The Winona Schottische by FBC-

Line 4, measure 4; dots, line 6, measure 3; no dots.
