As one of Kerry Mill's most well known and popular tunes/songs, there hasn't so far been an arrangement for banjo in the library even though there must be some to be found out in banjo land. I wrote the arrangement using a piano score written as an instrumental and which includes a trio and key change between bars 56 to 72 which I've not seen in any of the song versions. It makes a good banjo solo that isn't too challenging to play. The score and midi are in the library...Steve.

And that cover is a spectacular lithograph. I have an original that will eventually get a frame and hung in the music room.
Another job well done!

Thanks Marc, this tune has become a bit of an 'ear worm' that keeps telling me to play it! Does anyone have any original banjo arrangements? They'd make a nice addition to the library...Steve.

I only know of a couple arrangements of The Merry Peasant.
