Down In Darktown (1902)...Frank Hills.

This is the only tune I could find published under the name of Frank Hills and I could find no information about him. It is actually a very good march and with a little tweaking here and there, I've arrived at an arrangement that suits the banjo very well and is well worth a listen and play. I did forget to add 4th.to D on the score. The score and midi are in the library....Steve.
