This is a very good one step written towards  the end of the ragtime era. It has a very old time sound to it. The only Don Richardson of whom I could find any reference was an old time fiddle player who would have been around at the time this tune was published. Richardson was one of the first musicians to record traditional fiddle tunes commercially but whether or not he had a hand in writing this I've been unable to establish.

Apart from the title page, I've been unsuccessful in locating a full score and had to work with a midi transcription in order to write the arrangement.

This is a tune that suits the banjo very well and is well worth a listen and play. The score and midi are in the library...Steve.
