Ballad No.1 (Cammeyer)

Hello banjo friends - would anyone be kind enough to share the music score for Ballad No.1 by A.D Cammeyer.  I have a plectrum tab but want to see the original sheet music to check fingering.  Thanks.

And for those of us who needed to squint and puzzle to read that score (I found the same copy in my files), I've freshly reset it and now you might be able to read it without yer glasses. No, I didn't put in the position stuff (or the 5th string flags), I should but it is such a pretty day out that I'm going to spend the rest of the afternoon with dog and banjo out on the porch.

As usual, if you find errors, please let me know and I'll correct it!
