Dancing With Ma baby (Schottische)..1900..Bert R. Anthony.

In parts, this tune has more than a passing resemblance to Tilley's 'Queen of the Burlesque' in style and content. If you like Queen of the Burlesque, then you should find this pleasing.  The piano score was written in C/F but I found that D/G better suited the banjo. Some time back, I arranged 'A warm Reception', also written by Anthony, both scores and midis are in the library....Steve.

Somehow I missed this one, Steve.

Definitely a cousin of Queen of the Burlesque, perhaps a "Fitz"...

It is a good tune, nicely arranged and might be fun to play back to back with "Queen".

Hi marc, As soon as I first heard this,'Queen' sprang to mind. As you say, it would sit well if played back to back (or even mix and match?) with with Queen. When time permits I might look at the possibility of a combined arrangement...Steve.
