In my opinion, this is one of Cobb's best rags. I play this with a mixture of melodic style and classic fingering, in particular the opening bars, and this is reflected in my annotation. There are of course other ways if you so wish but I find the melodic sections add some nice fluency to the playing. I was unable to locate a front page for this score. The score and midi are in the library....Steve.

I suppose this title was a 'natural' for someone named Cobb. It is indeed a very good rag (and of course, very well arranged for the banjo).

The rising scalar sequence in the 2nd ending of the A part sounds really familiar...or at least very close to another rag...but I can't recall which one!

Hi Marc, thanks for your kind comment, I know what you mean about the scalar sequence, I suppose that with so many rags having been written, it's inevitable that there's been some cross pollination of ideas...Steve.
