Clifford Emmerson.

Hmmm, a cousin in the banjo business?

Hey Jody, I quite fancy a "Wide Lady" if I can lay my hands on one, do you?

LOL  , BTW , it 's a COLE

It would have to be a Coal or a Carl or a Cola.  Why does the plaque on the perch pole say Essex and Cammeyer?

according to A P Sharpe  ' notes , Essex & Cammeyer ' banjos were made by many English luthiers or Co , including Alfred Weaver & Windsor . but , at some period , they were imported from the USA , Cole was the maker

NOTA : the serial n° , printed  both on the rim & on the DS is  from the original Cole ' numbering , never mind the brand written on the banjo

I see!  Thanks.  So from this seller I guess it's a Cool. or a Koala.
