Over the weekend I scanned 60 Frank C. Bradbury manuscript arrangements for banjo.
Most are what I like to call "Bradbury Derangements". Bradbury liked to take parts from different pieces, cram them together, and then dress them up with ascending arpeggios, triplets, and the rest of his bag of tricks.

It's tough to read these at first sight but I love being able to see the process of arranging. I love that you can see the thought process behind the choices with the many scribbles and footnotes on pages like this one:
Banjo Oddity : Frank C. Bradbury, Joe Morley : Free Download, Borro...
or this
Sukynka or Blue Skirt Waltz : Frank C. Bradbury : Free Download, Bo...
(the process behind filling in dotted half notes and i guess long notes in general on the bottom of the first page)
These are a real treat to behold!
