I've mixed and matched these two tunes into one arrangement. Both are medleys of popular tunes/songs and I think the resulting arrangement ideally suits the banjo and is my favourite arrangement to date. Not much is known about the composers. Dubucet was from New Orleans and was a jobbing musician, bandleader and arranger and Southern Melodies is his only known composition. Bierbaum (married name Switzer) was a pianist from Cincinnati and Yankee Breezes is one of three published tunes...Steve.
