Ragtime Chimes..1910..Percy Wenrich

Despite the name this isn't a rag but never the less it's very good 'novelty' composition by PW.The chimes referred to in the title can be heard in the opening section plus repeats, much of which is played on open strings making full use of the banjo G tuning. It's not too challenging to play and is worth a try. There is another arrangement of the same name written by E.A. Van Alatyne which I completed some years ago. Both scores and midis are in the library....Steve.
