Well, if you're posting pics of your dogs, here's a pic with one of my cats, Charlie. Don't know why he looks so unaproving.... He was sitting in my lap for at least half an hour while playing. I even have a video of it...

That porch is indeed nice. It looks like it has enough room to fit a small ensemble with room left for several other dogs.

So, life here has been quite noisy. The garage/workshop is being built as we speak. Lots of hammering, sawing, etc. One of the "features" of this build is that the lot was too small to have the garage much further away from the house than about 5 ft. According to the county, this means that the garage has to be "attached" to the house (anything less than 6ft).
Of course, where it attaches to the house must require lots of hammer work. We've basically moved to the other side of the house while workers are present. That wall (our living room and kitchen on the inside) is like a giant speaker and it feels like they're hammering on my head sometimes.

Thankfully, we have a nice front porch. Funnily, the plumbers were working yesterday...one of them commented on my playing. "Every time I walk by, I think I'm in a Renaissance Fair!" I was working on "Whistling Rufus"...not sure what he meant by that... ;-)
Cute!
