Hi all

Just to let you know that the very wonderful Clarke Buehling is performing at Walthamstow Folk Club on Sunday 9th June.

This is a really rare chance to hear a very special banjo player.

Clarke is one of the world's leading authorities on nineteenth century banjo.

A legend in the banjo world Clarke is widely recognised for his unparalleled repertoire of 19th century songs and banjo instrumentals. Both entertaining and enlightening, Clarke's programs open new perspectives on our American heritage.

Clarke very rarely tours the UK. This will be a really special night.

It would be great to see some of you there!

I got to see Clark here in Nashville, TN USA at the Station Inn in the early 90's when he was with his band "The Skirtlifters".

I would imagine that Clark might very well be the closest thing one could experience live these days to the Bohee Brothers.

Anyone that has a chance to see him....should.
