DESCRIPTION:Backwell Banjo Rally- 8th September 2012\n \n \nThe Sout
 hwest Regional Banjo Rally will be held on September 8th. at Backwell 
 W.I. hall, which is located in the centre of the village, eight miles 
 south of Bristol on the A370.  Easy access is gained from all directi
 ons using either the M4 or M5 motorways.  There is also a regular tra
 in service to Nailsea and Backwell which is on the main London to Penz
 ance line with connections from Bristol Temple Meads.  Free parking i
 s available at the rally venue.\n \nThe doors will open at 12.00pm an
 d continue through until 5.00pm. Admission is £3.50.\nThe format of t
 he rally remains the same as previous years with organised playing and
  regular breaks for refreshments, buying and selling instruments and m
 usic.\n \nShould anyone wish to reserve a stand or display space, ple
 ase confirm first with Mike Redman or Tom Ryan.\n \nAlthough the Back
 well Banjo Rally is solely for finger style banjo, other instruments a
 re welcome for use as accompaniment.  The community tunes for this ye
 ar will be announced nearer to the date of the rally.  Please be assu
 red that all levels of playing are catered for and newcomers will find
  the atmosphere friendly and encouraging.\n \nLight refreshments and 
 gallons of tea and coffee will be available, all at reasonable prices,
  so there is no need to bring food with you.\n \nAs in previous years
 , the evening playing will continue at the Bridge Inn, Yatton.  Tel.

 are also available.  This finale to the rally has proven to be a grea
 t success in previous years with a relaxed atmosphere, good food, good
