Hi Steve, thanks!  As noted, the Score is available from the ABF library.  Access to that is free by joining (it is cheap-- $20 for two years, then $10 a year thereafter.  They have gobs of good stuff and tons still in manuscript (many in Van Eps and Morley's hand).

My copy was published in a 5-Stringer back issue (that is the newsletter of the ABF).  It is a good publication.
