This is a nice melodic two step, CLJ has used made use of grace notes to good effect. It wasn't possible to play the chromatic triplet grace notes on the banjo so to get a similar effect, I've used chords which seem to work OK. The score and midi are in the library...Steve.

Very nicely done, Steve. I think you handled the triplet intros quite well. This is just another great rag from the pen of Johnson...pairs up nicely with Peanuts!

Thanks Marc, it's a technique I've used before and works well for the banjo. I've another 5 CLJ tunes ready to post and a couple of new arrangements to replace some I did way back. I think I may have covered most of the CLJ tunes suitable for banjo but it has been an enjoyable journey, I haven't yet decided who to do next......Steve.
