After more days of chasing NING I finally received a sensible reply.

And yet for the past 2 days my home page on this site has no entries at all. No more Jan 17. Now it's nothing at all. Then sometimes a notice saying " Plus 30 new messages" appears. The number is always given as 30. I click on that and no messages appear. If I click on anything on the sides I can access these things.

I know Jody, I am tearing what little hair I have left out with this bunch of idiots. I don't know if they don't know how to fix the problem or simply don't care!
