Lawes became a good friend of Fred Van Eps who produced his own arrangement of the piece. Fred's motto was "why play one note when you can play ten"!


I transcribed this from Van Eps's home recording and, as you can see, I play many of the notes but not necessarily in the in the right place. :-)

A delight! I don't recall hearing FVE play this one...probably just heard it too far back to remember it. Well done!!
