This is an early march and another tune that could have been written for banjo.

I haven't been able  to locate any  banjo recordings but it's the sort of tune that you could imagine FvE or SLO to have recorded. I've 'banjofied' most of the score so it does differ slightly from the piano arrangement. The original key was C/F and to make it fit the banjo I've used F/Bb.  The score and midi are in the library...Steve.

Once again, your "banjofication algorithm" (perhaps "algorhythm" is a more apt spelling in this case) is working at full chat. Great tune, wonderful arrangement. Thanks Steve!

Thanks Marc, Maybe some of our American members could find out if this has been recorded at some time? I've looked at my usual websites but without success. Perhaps someone in the ABF might have the knowledge?....Steve.

The book "The Banjo On Record" does not list Mr. Yankee.

Thanks Jody, it looks as though I've scored a first with this one...Steve.
