Taking a lead from Rob M, here are 2 tunes done Stroke Style from the A. Baur Book "The Banjoist's Budget".

Ah....truthfully, I just missed it. It is actually easier to do (as written). It does stay more consistant to hammer / pull the phrase is both sections. I pretty much ignored the fingerings and just played the tune as it came to me. In retrospect, I would change it. This is the beauty of sharing stuff....shedding light on something not realized.

Let's keep our eyes peeled for something. I don't want to hijack this site for stroke stuff, but I find "transitional" material quite interesting. Perhaps something from the Converse 1872 or the Buckley 1868.
