This is a fun tune by Emile Grimshaw. It has a fourth part which has become my nemesis - may be in a year I can re-record this and see if I can do the whole thing without messing-up!

Hey Carrie, just how much time do you spend practising?!!

Your playing has come on dramatically over the last year. You were a good player,  now you are an excellent one!  Don't worry about the odd finger slip, soon it will be simple (ha ha)... then you will find the next change to stumble over and worry about  :-))

I am working on a Fred Van Eps arrangement and can play 99% of it, but the 1% ties me in knots EVERY TIME..

It seems you (and I) have what it takes to be a Classic Style player.. dogged determination.

OUR MOTTO:   "It won't beat me."

Great playing indeed.

Thanks for your encouraging words, Ian - I like the motto: 'It won't beat me' (!)

I have to say, I wouldn't have got very far without this site.  All the help and material here has been invaluable.  A big thank you!
