Book for beginners?

Hi, I am a UK Clawhammer player and I am normally found on banjo hangout. This is where I met Joel Hooks, who has made a big impact on me with his Classic Banjo recordings, so much so that now I own a fretted banjo, I thought I might give this Classic Fingerstyle a try. "The 5 string Plectrum that I have seen in photos has the fifth string nut slot at the top of the neck. The modern luthiers call this a "tunnelled fifth" neck, it goes inside the neck by the nut is at the fifth fret."
