Amazing to see a gang sign from Miss Booth. I suppose that she was probably headed off to paint some graffiti on a hansome cab after the photo session. ;-)

The 'White Coons' mob ran most of the rackets on the south coast, the Pierrot troupe was just a front. Booth was the brains behind this outfit, Pepper organised the enforcement side of things - he has definite look of Capone about him, were they related? I think that we should be told.

Ah, I had no idea! I'll bet Mr Lawes was their leg breaker, he has that look. Miss Jolly looks like she might perfect for the wide-eyed-innocent scammer. Lure them in with beauty and leave 'em to Mr. Lawes. Mr. Wood has the look of a bank clerk...launder your perriot pom-poms and money as well!
