Why the armrest is not exactly at the right place ? and why the armrest of tarant bailey junior is at the wrong place ? may be David could have a response ?

Interesting observation Marc, I've never really noticed - I've not seen a picture of him playing so don't know if he held the banjo differently - that is a CE Concert Grand by the way. Interesting also that he is using a "no-tip" bridge.

Hi Dave, Could the banjo in the picture be a Weaver made CE 12" Professional? It looks very much like mine with its scalloped tension hoop and appears to have only has 19 frets. The early Fairbanks/Vega style armrest seems all wrong though!

Ian , I think this banjo isn 't a CE concert grand because i have one and they all have 28 brackets and this one 26 , i guess . i am gonna post a picture of a CE concert grand
