The Favorite (1904)...Scott Joplin

I wasn't familiar with this one until I began the arrangement and I've grown to quite like it, I've rewritten some of the bars in the final section and lowered the octave to make it more suitable as a banjo solo. The midi with second banjo and scores are in the library...Steve.

Joplin composed some great rags and they didn't come much better than this!

Great arrangement Steve... now to try to get my fingers round it :-)

Thanks Ian, I like his use of the triplets in bars 9/10 and 17/18 but they are a bit tricky to play...Steve.
