Dear John,

Sure, here y'go, though I'm afraid you'll have to do the tablature translation. And jeez, heartiest of congratulations for acquiring Fred Bacon's banjo — a true historical object of inestimable importance, to say the least.

Very best wishes,

Chris W.

Thanks Chris, but this is the piano accompaniment.  Do you have the banjo dots?

Yikes, indeed it is; my apologies for this. As is frequently my wont, I scanned much too speedily this a.m., both mentally and electronically. Unfortunately, this is from a photostat in a larger collection from which the banjo part appears to have become separated; just checked again and couldn’t find it. If I do, however, you’ll be the first to know.

Sorry again — I guess I won’t pursue that degree in library science after all. (I think the ABF may have it, however, if no one else on the site has a copy.) I guess your accompanist can get a head start now, though (?) Agh.

Haha, if only I had an accompanist!  Becky (the ABF librarian) has been unavailable as of late, so I thought I'd ask here.
