I just received a warning from Ning that today was the last day to choose a "plan."  So I fired back an answer that this site was paid for, and I have the pay-pal receipts to prove it.  Then I noticed that I was responding to a "do not reply" address.

I started looking around for a way to contact Ning, and have found that there is apparently no way to contact Ning.  I did join a Ning group called "Network Creators" in a vain effort to get someone's attention and am waiting on a pending membership there.

Perusing the Creators forum I found a host of irate people who had been shut down even after they paid for their site.  This does not look good.  So, if we get shut down, I promise you I have everyone's money in my pay-pal account and Ning already took out their first installment for our "Ning-Pro" plan.

I shall be extremely irate if Ning swindles us.

go to Ning.com and look in the lower right hand corner where you will see Help. Click Help and you'll be taken to a page that offers CONTACT as an option. Click that and proceed from there
Thanks, Jody, I did contact them and I seem to be in a long queue of Site owners querying Ning about this latest message. Hopefully they sent it in error and will not start shutting people down.
Annoying, but hopefully this won't develop into a big issue.

Thanks for keeping us informed, Carl.
Our lords and masters at Ning sent a terse apology for sending the shut-down warning I got last night--apparently they sent them out to every site owner regardless of their status. So, everything seems back to normal now. That's good. I need spend my time practicing my banjo so I can play like Ian, not messing around with Ning people.
