Just a spot to put the dots & TAB in case anyone wants to try out this great tune.

Oh, BTW Rob. What do you think of the chord in m9 (and throughout the piece when the A part is repeated)? It is written as a C (bottom) and F (top)...but it sounds terrible. Van Eps doesn't play that in his recording and I think it is a mistake...that F should be an F#.
Hi Marc. Thanks - as always - for posting this.

Going off topic for a moment, I'd like to say that if folks don't know Brian Hef's YouTube page, they should check out his great rag covers on the ukulele:

A particular favorite of mine is his version of Red Pepper Rag - and the description of his video also includes a link to the Fred Van Eps version.

Of course I don't mean to take anything away from the original post here, or from Rob's (or anyone else's) forays into ragtime. Just hoping to add to the conversation. :)
Glad to have some backup there. I couldn't decide whether Fred was playing C-F# (D7) or D-F (Dm)...both sound fine. I finally decided it had to be an F#. I'll fix the PDF file tonight and append a note to it.

Yes, Adam, I have a CD of Brian Hef's stuff. Pretty cool. "Red Pepper Rag" is a great one.
