Since Joel scanned my copy of "Hamilton's Banjo Folio", I've been messing about with various tunes therein. Here's "Common Every Day Polka" (1st and 2nd Bjo), transposed to C Notation (dots) and TAB.

If you wish to have a pianist play from the original (in Bb), you'll want to do as the Folio says, tune your banjo two steps flat (fBbFAC) but read as normal.
